Bridgend Station AFA Scheme, Bridgend

This project involved the manufacture and installation of an 18m span, two access staircases and two lift shafts. Production of a 3D model and fabrication drawings; supply of materials; manufacture and surface finishing using an approved anti-slip and paint system; transportation and installation.  Aluminium framed glazing was installed prior to delivery and partial cladding to the structures was undertaken prior to transportation to reduce the amount of safety critical works undertaken over the tracks, also reducing the number of possessions required to minimize rail disruption.
